01. Appointment Confirmation
Because we are a mobile service block operating on a tight daily route, all online appointment requests are tentative until manually approved by our team. You will receive a direct text message or email confirmation to secure your exact arrival window.
Note: Larger multi-vehicle packages or highly premium restorations may require a non-refundable retainer fee to lock in the calendar block. This deposit goes directly toward your final service total.
02. Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows
We respect your schedule and request the same consideration. Turning away other clients to protect your time slot requires a strict notice standard:
- 24-Hour Notice: Any updates, changes, or cancellations must be handled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time block.
- Late Cancellation: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service value before another booking can be made.
- No-Call, No-Show: If our detailer arrives at your location during the designated window and cannot secure vehicle access or reach you within 20 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and full baseline service costs may be billed.
03. Dynamic Arrival Windows
Mobile logistics mean traffic patterns, water source access issues, or extended complexity on a prior client's vehicle can occasionally disrupt our arrival pace. We operate with a 30-minute arrival window.
If our specialist is tracking ahead of or behind schedule by more than 15 minutes outside of this window, you will receive a direct text communication update with a real-time ETA.
04. Preparing Your Vehicle For Service
To help us focus 100% of our energy on detailing, deep cleaning, and paint preservation, we kindly ask that you prepare the vehicle before our arrival:
- Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, car seats, and loose trash from the gloveboxes, center consoles, and trunk spaces.
- Ensure the vehicle keys are easily accessible when our technician arrives.
- Verify that your requested water spigot and electrical outlets are functioning and clear of obstructions.
*We do not inspect or move firearms, expensive jewelry, or high-value documents. Any unemptied storage spaces will be bypassed during deep vacuuming and wipe-downs to protect your privacy and personal items.
