Booking & Cancellation Policy

Clear scheduling guidelines ensure we deliver meticulous showroom quality directly to your location on time, every time.

01 Appointment Confirmation

Because we manage a dedicated mobile detailing route on a precise timeline, all online slot requests remain tentative until verified by our office. You will receive a direct text or email confirmation officially confirming your service timeframe.

Note: Multi-vehicle bookings or intensive multi-stage paint correction packages require a non-refundable scheduling retainer. This credit applies immediately to your final invoice balance.

02 Cancellation & Rescheduling Windows

We respect your schedule entirely and strictly enforce cancellation guidelines to protect open time slots for waiting clients:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Any appointment modifications, rescheduling requests, or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service window.
  • Late Cancellation: Appointments modified or cancelled within the 24-hour window may incur a service protection fee of up to 50% of the scheduled package value.
  • No-Call, No-Show: If our mobile unit arrives and encounters gated access limitations or receives no response within a 20-minute courtesy window, the appointment is forfeited and subject to baseline billing.

03 Dynamic Arrival Windows

Delivering premium mobile services means traffic, varying property hookups, or extended detail requirements on a previous vehicle can occasionally shift our timeline. We inherently structure a 30-minute arrival window into our schedule.

If our technicians face delays extending more than 15 minutes past this target window, you will receive a real-time status update with an exact estimated arrival time.

04 Preparing Your Vehicle For Service

To maximize our time spent on precision cleaning and surface reconditioning, we kindly request the following preparations before our mobile team arrives:

  • Please remove all personal belongings, expensive electronics, child car seats, and general clutter from the cabin, center consoles, and trunk spaces.
  • Ensure clear mechanical key fob access is provided immediately upon our arrival.
  • Verify that requested outdoor water hookups and standard electrical outlets are functional and accessible.
