All quotes generated through our online interactive estimator tool or listed directly across our pricing breakdowns represent starting baselines. These estimations are tailored to vehicles in normal, average commuter condition.
Final service costs are locked in only following a physical, on-site pre-inspection of the vehicle's paint clarity and interior upholstery conditions before work begins.
02. Severity & Heavy Grime Surcharges
We pride ourselves on executing total vehicle resets, but severe contamination demands significantly more time, specialized chemicals, and unique tool cycles. Additional surcharges apply for the following conditions:
- Severe pet hair accumulation or deep fabric weaving.
- Heavy biological matter (mold, mildew, bodily fluids, food rot).
- Excessive interior debris packing, deep floorboard staining, or caked construction mud.
- Severe exterior industrial fallout, tree sap, or heavy bug etching.
If your vehicle requires a condition modifier fee, our technician will clearly lay out the structural reasons and confirm the adjusted total with you before turning on a single machine.
03. On-Site Water & Power Request
At this time, Dag's Mobile Detailing kindly requests access to a standard, functioning outdoor water hookup (spigot) and a reliable electrical outlet within 100 feet of the service layout zone.
We are actively finalizing logistics and engineering plans to equip our mobile units with fully self-contained water tanks and power generators in the near future to render our operations completely independent.
04. Weather Limitations & Rescheduling
Operating a premium mobile service means our craft is highly dependent on safe environmental parameters. For the safety of your vehicle's delicate surfaces and our technical gear, we reserve the right to reschedule service windows in cases of:
- Heavy or sustained rain, thunderstorms, or high wind events.
- Extreme ambient temperatures (freezing conditions or unsafe heat waves).
If weather forces a cancellation, your booking slot will be prioritized and moved to the next available clear weather window at zero additional cost to you.
05. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability Limitations
Dag's Mobile Detailing operates with extreme precision and scratch-free, multi-bucket safe washing disciplines. However, we are not responsible for structural failures or issues hidden by dirt prior to cleansing, including:
- Loose, brittle, cracked, or sun-faded plastic trim pieces.
- Pre-existing paint clear-coat failure, flaking, or deep rock chips.
- Degraded, dry-rotted interior leather seams that tear under standard extraction rules.
- Improperly sealed after-market electronics or old door seals vulnerable to localized water pressure.
Clients are expected to disclose any delicate areas or mechanical anomalies to our detailing specialist during the initial driveway walk-through.
